Cable Pulling & Splicing
Once the trench and conduit are in, the cable still has to go through and be connected. Hudson Excavation handles cable pulling and splicing as part of our underground utility work, so the same contractor that opens the ground can see the line through to the connection.
What is cable pulling and splicing?
Cable pulling is the process of running cable through underground conduit. Splicing joins sections of cable so the line is continuous and ready for service. Both steps are part of getting an underground utility line in working order.
